Hello, Strangers
A movement in search of the strangely talented.
“If you're feeling out of place at your current tech job, check out Invillia and find where you truly belong.”
Challenge
Stand out in a tech market where every employer brand sounds the same.
Companies developing software and digital solutions know how hard it is to hire and retain top talent. Career plans, incentives, perks and even indulgences have become standard — and the noise has flattened the category. Invillia needed a campaign that wouldn't compete on benefits, but reframe what a tech employer could feel like.
Insight
There is a generation of young professionals who feel out of place at work.
They are talented, curious, slightly strange, and quietly questioning the corporate environments they're stuck in. We turned that feeling into a movement — "Hello, Strangers" — built to show that there's a fantastically different tech company waiting for them.
Execution
Five characters, five films, one strange world.
We scripted the stories of five strangers, each with a surreal twist on the daily life of a tech professional. The films were edited by the talented Graubi Garcia and given a single, unmistakable voice by Kadu Torres.
Each story became a 1-minute film, with 30" and 15" cuts for stories and paid media. The job vacancy hub and the rest of the digital ecosystem were built by Invillia's in-house creators.
The idea in a tweet
“Many young professionals are questioning their role and relationship with work. Invillia not only understands this feeling but positions itself as the ideal company for these extraordinary talents.”
